In the early stages of my career, I was like any ambitious young woman - eager to get ahead, succeed and make meaningful contributions in my organization. There were plenty of hurdles, both within myself and outside, and navigating them did not come easily to me. The most difficult times in my career have paved the way for me to follow my passion and share my learnings with other women - creating a clearer path for the next generation of leaders.
